We strive to create Standard Poodles that meet the AKC Breed Standard and are a pleasure to live with. We have had much success in the conformation ring particularly in promoting our Owner-Handlers to help them achieve major accomplishments in a very competitive breed ring!
The Poodle
That of a very active, intelligent and elegant-appearing dog, squarely built, well proportioned, moving soundly and carrying himself proudly. Properly clipped in the traditional fashion and carefully groomed, the Poodle has about him an air of distinction and dignity peculiar to himself.

The Poodle stands proudly among dogdom's true aristocrats. Beneath the curly, low-allergen coat is an elegant athlete and intuitive companion for all reasons and seasons.
Poodles come in three size varieties: Standards should be more than 15 inches tall at the shoulder; Miniatures are 15 inches or under; Toys stand no more than 10 inches. All three varieties have the same build and proportions. At dog shows, Poodles are usually seen in the elaborate Continental clip. Most pet owners prefer the simpler Sporting clip, in which the coat is shorn to follow the outline of the squarely built, smoothly muscled body. Forget any preconceived notions about Poodles you may have: Poodles are eager, athletic, and wickedly smart dogs of remarkable versatility. The Standard, with his greater size and strength, is the best all-around athlete of the family, but all Poodles can be trained with great success.

Temperament
We learned early-on in our program that temperament is a vital component to creating a Poodle everyone would love to live with! For this reason, we have focused on only breeding Poodles that produce the most stellar temperaments for pet and show.
Socialization
Our goal is to produce puppies ready for new experiences and challenges in life. We raise our puppies using Puppy Culture which includes socializing protocols, manding, emotional resilience exercises, problem solving, basic skills training, desensitization exercises, body awareness activities, and environment enrichment. Puppy Culture is a socialization and training program specifically developed for puppies from birth through the end of their critical socialization period, with age appropriate protocols and lessons laid out in an organized format to help them become confident, bright, social adult dogs.
Additionally we expose puppies to Early Neurological Stimulation protocol from days 5-16 which helps puppies to able to cope with stressful situations, increase problem solving, and support better physical health later in life.
Grooming
Grooming is an important component of any Poodle's life. Our puppies start with regular nail trimming at a few days old, desensitization on their face/feet with clippers at about 3 weeks old and full grooming including bathing, fluff drying, clippering, and scissoring at approximately 4 weeks old. They experience the full grooming process several times before leaving with their new families so they get accustomed to it.
